Shipping Methods and Times
We currently offer USPS Priority Mail in the continental US. We do not accept foreign orders and can not ship to foreign addresses. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, expect USPS Priority Mail shipments in 7-10 business days or less depending upon your location.
Returns Policy
Lost products, determined as such by an assigned tracking number confirmation, will be resent within 48 hours of confirmation. Opened or damaged product packages, unless defective, cannot be accepted as returns. Returns must be received within 30 days of the order being shipped. All returned orders are subjected to a 10% restocking fee plus applicable shipping and handling charges. Please send an email to nrt@nrtdistribution.com to find out how to package and return your product, and to receive a return authorization.
Price and Product Availability
Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. All prices are quoted in US$. Availability is as accurate as possible. If an item is listed, it is available for shipping to the best of our knowledge.
Sales Tax
You only need to pay sales tax (6%) if your shipping address is in West Virginia.
Canceling an Order
As soon as you submit a credit card order, we charge your credit card and send the order to our warehouse for shipping. It is therefore not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If paying by a cashier's check or money order, you must contact us before receipt of your payment to cancel your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may also pay by cashier's check or money order. Make these payable to beBetter Health, Inc. and mail to: beBetter Health, Inc., 109 Capitol St., Charleston, WV 25301. We do not accept personal checks. Orders will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Nicotine Replacement Therapy product.
Precautions
